A separate $200 cleaning deposit is collected at booking. Refund criteria and any additional charges must be confirmed in the rental agreement. Ask how setup and cleanup fit within your rental time.

We accept event bookings up to six months ahead. An inquiry starts the conversation; our team confirms availability and the arrangements for your event.

How far ahead can I book?
We accept event bookings up to six months ahead. If your date is further away, ask the team when to check back. All dates are subject to confirmation.
How do I know whether my guest list will fit?
Include your expected guest count and planned activities in your inquiry. The team can confirm whether the space and layout are suitable before you book.
Can I see the space before booking?
Request a tour through our inquiry form. The team will coordinate a visit with you.
What furniture and amenities are included?
Ask for the current furniture and amenity list for your rental. Confirm your layout, kitchen needs, and any additional items with the team before signing your agreement.
What should I confirm about setup and departure?
Confirm your access time, event time, and cleanup time as part of your rental. Return moved furniture to its original position, remove your belongings and trash, and follow the checkout instructions supplied with your booking.
What about parking, catering, or accessibility?
Tell us about your guests, vendors, and any access requirements when you inquire. Ask for arrival and parking guidance and confirm food, drink, and decoration arrangements before booking.
